As part of that  
commitment, we’ve updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice, which will be effective as of  
May 25, 2018.

communicate with you. We have also further clarified our arbitration procedures.

: We’ve updated our Privacy Notice to make it easier for you to understand what  
information we collect from you, why we collect it, how we use and store it, and when and with whom  
we share it.  
To help make our privacy practices clearer and easier for you to understand, we have  
separated the privacy notices that apply to Cash customers from the notices that apply to Square  
customers.  
You should read the privacy notice(s) for the product(s) you use.

Our UK privacy notices have been updated to comply  
with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and explain how you can exercise your rights

We’ve added new terms for sellers who offer  
Square Installments to their customers through Square Capital, LLC.

if you continue to use our products and services on and after May 25, 2018.
