Recording Checklist  
Before you start, here are some tips for a seamless recording experience with Riverside:

bullet  Make sure all participants use a computer with a Chrome browser that’s up to date.  
bullet  Check internet stability. Ethernet cable is preferred over WIFI.  
bullet  Use an external mic, if possible.  
bullet  Using headphones gives the best audio quality.  
bullet  If you use headphones, do not plug them directly into your external mic.  
bullet  Disable VP Ns and close all applications that don’t need to be open during the recording.  
Pay  
special attention to programs that try to use your mic slash camera.  
bullet  If your guest can’t connect the mic slash camera, make sure that he slash she has given access to Chrome to  
use the mic slash camera. The same holds for screen sharing.  
bullet  Reload the browser if you incur any problems.
