Couple of things you need to know specifically about the Shopify integration:

Payment  
Unlabeled graphic  
To get missing image descriptions, open the context menu.  
You need to have credit in your Printful Wallet or a valid payment method for new orders to  
automatically go into production.  
Printful only imports orders for which you have captured the payment.  
We suggest you set up  
Shopify to automatically capture payments. Here's the

Adding and syncing products  
You can sync your existing products and variants in one go, or you can automatically import  
unsynced items. This lets you sync products and variants as orders come in.

When you add products in Shopify make sure to check  This product requires shipping prior to  
saving your item  to ensure they're imported into Printful.  
Shopify servers notify Printful servers of any product and variant changes you make almost  
instantaneously.  
But the server load can increase during peak times and it can take up to half an  
hour. Don't worry, just check for changes later.

Shipping  
We forward shipping notification information with the tracking number to Shopify.  
If you use  
Shopify built in shipping notifications emails, this will also trigger a Shopify shipping  
notification email to your client.  
Do not mark orders to be  automatically fulfilled  on Shopify.  
That will return incorrect  
information, and when we send our fulfillment notice that the order has been fulfilled, your  
customers won't be able to receive the correct shipping notifications and tracking info.
