Tiff's Treats Bow  
We wanted to share our thoughts on what has been going on in the world last week and this past  
weekend. What happened to George Floyd was wrong and unjust and we are so very saddened by it.  
We  
are also angry and frustrated that this continues to happen.  
To the Black community  we are so  
sorry that you are constantly let down by a society that continues to marginalize Black lives.  
We  
see you. We see this injustice. We are disturbed by all of it, not just George Floyd.  
Not just  
Trayvon Martin, not just Botham Jean. Not just Sandra Bland. Not just Atatiana Jefferson.  
The fact  
that this is literally only a few of the names in a list that is incredibly long shows something is  
wrong.  
We want to stand with you and for you.  
As a company, we have been built on love and the mission to  
connect people through warm moments .  
The Tiff's Treats Brand has been built on the premise that  
people are good. To continue to see senseless killings shakes that premise to the core.  
Today we  
donated $10,000 each to both the NAACP and the ATX Justice coalition in support.  
We will be  
reaching out to amazing local Austin organizations like The Greater Austin Black Chamber to ask  
what else we can do.  
We don’t have all the answers today, and we know that donating money isn’t  
enough.  
We plan to continue listening, learning and figuring out ways we can do better as a company  
to be a part of the solution.
