We’re still sharing virtual workouts and training ideas, programmed by Lou Serafini and Mary Cain. We all know how hard it is to show up day in and day out. It’s even harder with no races to train for. These workouts are designed to keep you motivated, keep you in shape, and most of all, keep it fun. Because that’s what it’s all about. Each workout will be a little different. We’re encouraging you to step outside of your comfort zone and try new things. Now is the time to take some risks with training and try some new things. Runners of all abilities are welcome to give these a try.
