Their energy was infectious and I felt proud that we could provide products to help fuel their drive. The next day, they both came back, full of smiles and laughter, and wanting more. This week, after only being open for a few (hugely successful) weeks, the restaurant was forced to close. Today Ernesto’s is asking for donations to provide their restaurant and its employees some relief, so for the next 3 days, we will be donating 30 percent of proceeds to the family, with hope of seeing their delicious food back on the menu.
