Track what matters  
Nokia connected scales are designed to let you track weight, BMI, body composition in the easiest  
way possible.  
With your scale’s latest firmware, you can now choose exactly which metrics you want  
to track, so that you get instant feedback on the screen at every weigh in and can keep track of  
what matters to you in the Health Mate app.  
How does it work?  
When you activate the tracking of at least one body composition metric through the Health Mate app,  
the scale will only display this metric when you weigh in, but all body composition measurements  
will be stored in the app.  
Alternatively, deactivating all body composition measurements will  
prevent the scale from using bioelectrical impedance analysis–resulting in no body composition  
measurement on the scale and in the app.  
How to choose your metrics  
Whether you’d like to make changes to what your scale tracks or simply check your current settings,  
you can head over to your scale’s settings in the Devices section of the Health Mate app.
