Black Lives Matter  
Today we stand in grief, frustration, and horror at the pain that systemic racism has caused in our  
country. We mourn the lives of those we have lost to senseless violence.  
It is clear that something has to change. I don’t have the answers.  
Honestly, I feel unprepared to  
meet this moment. But we must try.  
We must recognize that not having the answers does not excuse us  
from holding ourselves accountable, both as individuals and as a company, to actively work towards  
equality and justice.  
At Fracture we believe that change starts with seeking first to understand, not to be understood.  
We commit to listening to, holding space for, and learning from marginalized voices in our  
community.  
We believe that education is vitally important in healing and finding real solutions.  
We are  
committed to confronting the problem of racism head on, no matter how painful or uncomfortable, in  
order to actively pursue the knowledge necessary to solve it.  
We promise to hold ourselves, our teams, and our community accountable for our words and actions to  
ensure that every person is treated equally and with respect, honoring the inherent dignity and  
worth of every human being.  
As we seek to educate ourselves and embody the virtues we demand from everyone else, we pledge to  
support and empower organizations committed to fighting against systemic racial inequality.  
There  
are many who have been bravely fighting for justice and equality for decades. We will support them.  
This month we will be donating $25,000 to various organizations committed to fighting racial slash social  
injustice, including the

NAACP Legal Defense Fund

Color of Change  
, and we will take inspiration  
from the examples they have set and do what we can to be catalysts for change.  
It is our sincere hope that the pain that we are feeling now will lead, through committed action  
and persistence, to healing and true change in our communities.  
For now, we must embrace this pain  
as a spark for change, and a reminder of the lives that this injustice and racism have cost us.  
May we never forget them, carry their names in our hearts, and bravely move forward in their honor.
