That’s why it is always our top priority to provide everyone the best experience in our restaurants while protecting the health and safety of our guests and employees. The desire to keep our team members and guests safe has guided the decisions we have made every day for over 50 years, and it is no different now. Like each of you, we understand that we share a responsibility to protect our families and communities, which has caused us to take a number of actions in response to the novel coronavirus (COVID 19) threat. To start, we already had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place, which we have reinforced. We are also closely monitoring and following guidance and advice regarding this illness from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Thus, we have taken the following preventative steps: bullet Reinforcing vigorous cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces across the restaurant including, but not limited to, door slash handles, bathroom surfaces, table tops, salt slash pepper shakers, table top devices, check holders and menus. bullet Reinforcing our strict operating procedures including our long standing policy of not letting employees work while sick. bullet Educating employees on the COVID 19 threat and preventative measures and guidelines by the CDC. bullet Installing PURELL wall mount hand sanitizer dispensers in the lobby and restroom hallway of each Red Lobster restaurant. When you do not feel up to dining in one of our restaurants, we encourage you to take advantage of the various ways we can continue to serve you and your family. While all of our restaurants offer To Go service, many of our locations now offer curbside pick up and delivery. You can access our full menu and earn My Red Lobster Rewards points by ordering delivery from link www dot Red Lobster dot com or in the My Red Lobster Rewards app. Additional delivery options are available through Door Dash, Uber Eats, Grub Hub and Postmates.
